Head of Organic Growth Design, a business critical team. Built the team from 4 to 19 remote designers, including 2 managers.

Played pivotal role steering high priority initiatives aligned with the organization’s major product bets, leading the design strategy for several high impact and high profile initiatives, including paid account sharing and the new Ads plan.

Partnered with Product and Engineering as well as many other cross-functional partners, to define the key results and identify the most impactful features to build. Built a successful, collaborative environment that encouraged deep partnership with cross-functional teams. Influenced product strategy and enabled my team to create solid, simple designs that solved complex problems.

Collaborated with C-level executives to design solutions and align on overall company goals. Experimented through A/B testing and “launch and learn” market-based approach. Successfully launched many projects over 4 years that increased revenue (upward of $2B) and subscriber numbers (upward of 100M).

Championed creation and implementation of the Growth Design System, which included accessibility considerations.

Instituted and/or reinvigorated design practices that had a substantial impact on how we worked and what we delivered, such as Design QA, Flex Designer, and meaningful Design Reviews. Drove discipline-wide conversations and created deliverables to improve processes and operations. Active member of design leadership.
